As a Project Coordinator at our firm, you will report to the VP of Sales&Marketing. Your role will engage with design professionals and oversee communication with contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. With your organizational abilities, you will ensure project requirements are met and see aesthetic results come to life.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee project information communication across all phases • Collaborate with interior design firms and contractors • Ensure marketing materials align with design specifications • Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently
Requirements:• Degree in Interior Design or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in Interior Design or Project Management • Strong time management and organizational skills • Proficiency in understanding construction drawings • Detail-oriented with a professional approach
