As a vital contributor, you will assess training needs, develop comprehensive learning content, and facilitate various training modalities. With strong roots in adult learning and change enablement, your insights will support successful implementation of recent processes and technologies throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design learning pathways for skill development
Facilitate both classroom and hybrid training sessions
Support enterprise technology rollouts with training
Foster engagement through tailored enablement plans
Analyze training effectiveness and refine programs
Lead initiatives that enhance workplace learning and support a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
3-5+ years in Learning&Development or similar fields
Knowledgeable in educational frameworks like ADDIE and SAM
Proven experience in delivering training for process changes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capable with production tools such as Adobe After Effects
