Join White Spot Limited as a Project Manager to transform the dining experience in Vancouver. This full-time role combines project oversight in vibrant restaurant settings with efficient design and construction management.
The Project Manager role focuses on executing renovations and managing capital projects across White Spot and Triple O’s restaurants. Candidates should have experience collaborating closely with operations and vendors while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role ensures every project complies with necessary regulations, creating minimal disruption to guests.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee restaurant refreshes and urgent capital repairs • Help coordinate after-hours work as needed • Build strong contractor relationships for project success • Ensure compliance with BC Building Code and health regulations • Track project budgets and prevent overruns
Requirements:• 4+ years in project management or construction • Background in restaurants or hospitality settings • Proficient with tracking tools (Excel, Asana) • Strong vendor management skills • Exceptional analytical and decision-making capabilities
