Drive impactful client solutions as a Solutions Architect specializing in Braze and Iterable. Lead workshops and define architectures to optimize CRM and marketing automation capabilities.
In this role, you'll leverage over 5 years of software development experience, leading discovery workshops to align on client objectives and existing systems. You'll define the target-state architecture for CRM and CDP, ensuring scalability and integration efficiency while documenting clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead discovery workshops to understand client needs • Define architecture for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation • Produce high-quality technical artifacts for implementations • Guide end-to-end project delivery and align with stakeholders • Design data schemas and support ETL processes for data flow
Requirements:• 5+ years in software development and integration • Expertise with Braze and Iterable platforms • 2+ years experience with CDPs and third-party integrations • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and JavaScript • Strong experience in architecting marketing automation solutions
