ONBOX is looking for a designer with strong visual instincts and a genuine love of craft— someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and is ready to work on projects that demand the best of them. You’ve spent a few years developing your eye. Now you’re ready for projects that demand everything you’ve got.You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team of designers and strategists who lead with ideas and care deeply about how they come to life. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director on brand and digital projects that demand both strategic thinking and strong craft. Design complete brand identity systems— logos, typography, colour, and the broader visual language Lead the design of websites and digital experiences, from early concepts through to refined UI Translate brand thinking into web design that feels cohesive across every touchpoint Contribute ideas early, helping shape project direction before moving into executionPresent your thinking clearly to the team and, progressively, to clients Work closely with strategy and development to ensure the work translates thoughtfully into the final product Contribute to a culture of craft— sharing what you’re learning, giving good feedback, and raising the bar for everyoneWhat we're looking for

3–5 years

of design experience in a studio, agency, or strong in-house team A portfolio

that shows taste, thinking, and craft— strong identities and well-considered digital work Strong visual judgement — typography, layout, composition, and cohesive design systems The ability to articulate ideas clearly, defend design decisions, and evolve work through feedback Confidence working independently while collaborating closely within a small creative teamBonus points for experience with Framer, Webflow, motion, Emerging AI or prototyping tools.
