Key Responsibilities:• Participate in multiple learning projects of varying complexities • Develop comprehensive training materials and resources • Evaluate current programs and suggest optimizations • Liaise with the Training Design Manager for content validation • Review effectiveness of learning serviceproviders

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years in instructional design • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Strong ability to manage multiple projects • Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360 and MS Teams
