Join Bardel Entertainment as a Lead 3D Character Designer focused on TV featurettes. This role involves guiding design quality, mentoring a team, and collaborating on visual storytelling.
You will develop character designs and oversee a team of designers, ensuring alignment with production standards and artistic vision. Collaboration with Art Directors, Modelers, and Surfacing teams will be key to achieving creative continuity throughout the CG pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop character designs with the Art Director • Supervise and mentor Character Designers • Provide visual feedback to Modeling and Surfacing teams • Participate in creative meetings and reviews • Prepare artwork deliverables for approvals
Requirements:• Proven animation experience preferred in 3D pipeline • Strong character drawing, painting, and rendering skills • Experience in leading design teams in production • Knowledge of Photoshop and design tools • Excellent communication and mentorship abilities
