Description
Take the lead in HR with our Senior HR Business Partner role, serving the Fashion, Fragrance, and Beauty teams across Western Canada. This role emphasizes strategic employee experience, talent acquisition, and development.
You will partner closely with Boutique Directors to enhance employee experiences and implement HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coaching managers, leading talent attraction efforts, and collaborating on recruitment strategies. Frequent travel throughout Western Canada is required for this hands-on position focused on engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:• Support retail people initiatives across Fashion and F&B teams• Coach managers in performance management processes • Manage talent attraction and offer negotiations • Develop onboarding plans and conduct exit interviews • Maintain HRIS records including new hires in Workday
Requirements:• 5+ years in HR Business Partner role or similar • Advanced knowledge of Western Canada’s retail HR markets • Bilingual in English and Mandarin • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter • Proven coaching and relationship-building skills
