As a Solutions Architect, you will partner with various teams to design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions across complex Shopify Plus projects. Your role encompasses hands-on technical expertise along with architectural oversight, ensuring alignment between short-term client objectives and long-term strategies. You'll lead technical discovery sessions, making data-driven decisions that enhance our offerings and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Own technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients • Develop comprehensive understanding of client systems • Facilitate scope prioritization for effective planning • Create Solution Design documents guiding development • Identify tech risks and optimize solution parameters
Requirements:• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in eCommerce • Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs and custom applications • Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders • Certifications in Shopify or cloud platforms preferred
