In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers on ShareGate Migrate. Your expertise will guide IT professionals through intricate Microsoft 365 migration scenarios. Engage in design strategy, flow creation, and interaction refinement to deliver intuitive user experiences. You will explore AI enhancements to simplify tasks and ensure effective product transitions.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead comprehensive design processes from problem framing to final execution • Simplify technical workflows into user-friendly experiences • Collaborate closely to align design strategy with project scope • Prototype, test, and validate assumptions efficiently • Contribute to enhancing the design system for consistency
Requirements:• 6+ years in B2B SaaS product design • Strong user instincts in navigating complex problems • Experience in UI design and polished interactions • Ability to communicate designs effectively to teams • High attention to detail with a craft-driven approach
