In this role, you will engage throughout all project phases, from RFQ and RFP, to execution. Key Responsibilities:• Participate in project pursuit and execution phases • Coordinate design development meetings with stakeholders • Track design schedules and project deliverables • Assist in bid analysis and contracts with subcontractors • Manage change control during design and construction
Requirements:• 1–5 years of design coordination experience • Post-secondary education in architecture/design or construction • Knowledge of complex architectural structures • Proficient in MS Office and building codes • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
