In this supervisory role, you'll monitor ground support equipment and ensure the efficient handling of cargo and baggage for timely operations. Your responsibilities include conducting personnel evaluations, coordinating safety meetings, and liaising with airline customers and local airport authorities. A strong understanding of airline customer service and operational planning is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee safe operation of airline ground support equipment • Coordinate services for cargo and baggage compliance • Conduct personnel evaluations and staffing oversight • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures • Interact with airline customers and airport authorities
Requirements:• Strong background in airport ground handling • Minimum 6 months computer experience with MS Word and Excel • Proven supervisory experience within a business unit • Valid Driver's License and clear FBI fingerprint check • Basic computer literacy and operational knowledge
