Lead and manage teams in the coordination of large-scale, complex projects Create and explore high-quality design and planning concepts across multiple projects Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors Mentor, advise, and coach junior and intermediate designersContribute to office-wide initiatives and support marketing and business development efforts Foster a culture of learning and development through an empathetic leadership approach What We Value

8+ years of architectural experience across a range of project types Experience leading large, complex projects through multiple phases Strong design capability and the ability to communicate ideas to diverse audiences Working knowledge of municipal and government processes, building codes, and bylawsEnthusiasm for advancing and bringing to life the MGA vision Registered architect in BC, or eligible for registration with AIBC Local Vancouver experience (BCBC, VBBL, Passive House or Net Zero are strong assets) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced proficiency in RevitWhy You'll Love It Here
