Join our team as a

Remote Inbound Call Center Representative , where you\'ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Assist customers with inquiries. Provide accurate information about products and services. Document customer interactions in the system.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments. Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Subject to program and location of the position: Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
