Key Responsibilities:• Handle incoming calls on service requests and billing • Engage with clients to identify and meet their needs • Proactively address concerns using a consultative approach • Document significant interactions and resolutions in systems • Turn every interaction into an opportunity with outstanding communication
Requirements:• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service • Fluency in English and French required • Strong troubleshooting and empathy skills • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
