As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with Dal-Tile's team to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management. With a high school diploma and over three years of call center experience, you'll interact daily with customers, addressing their needs and promoting company values through effective communication.

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center • Knowledge of textiles preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
