Key Responsibilities:• Handle customer and broker billing inquiries effectively • Coordinate payment plans for overdue accounts • Advise clients on financial policies • Create and distribute overdue notices • Process various payment methods and prepare deposits
Requirements:• A diploma or degree in a related field • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably billing • Willingness to obtain Broker Level 1 License • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Experience in or knowledge of bookkeeping is preferred
