Contract Who we are Linum Labs has been a leader in the blockchain product development space since 2016. We are a team of entrepreneurs, engineers, and designers striving towards building client solutions that harness the power of blockchain and web3.0. Who you are You are a senior, hands-on technical leader who owns complex systems end to end. You are comfortable making architectural decisions, writing production backend code, and integrating deeply with blockchain infrastructure. You care about delivery quality, security, and clarity of execution.You are preferably based in Canada, or located in a time zone aligned with Vancouver, Canada (Pacific Standard Time). All applicants must be legally eligible to work in their country of residence. What you will own Technical ownership of Phase 1 delivery outcomes, including scope integrity and production readinessOverall system architecture and backend technical direction Core domain model and milestone state machine Hands-on experience shipping production systems using XRPL escrows and settlement flows Security foundations including auth, permissions, and data integrity Technical decision making across the backend and blockchain layersDelivery quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability Have-to-have Proven production experience with

XRPL , including escrow and transaction flows Strong backend engineering experience with modern server frameworks Solid Web3 fundamentals and blockchain integration patterns Experience designing and owning distributed system architecture Strong understanding of security best practices Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-onExperience working with React and Next.js based frontends from a backend integration perspective Our Interview Process Culture Interview:
