Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (graduate degree an asset)

6+ years delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, including 2+ years in a lead/architect role; consulting experience preferred

Microsoft 365&Copilot: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva; Copilot readiness, governance, and adoption; Copilot Studio&Microsoft Graph

Security&Compliance: Purview (DLP, labels, eDiscovery), Entra ID, external sharing, tenant governance

Integration&Development: Power Platform, SPFx, Graph API, PowerShell, CI/CD for M365

Migration&Operations: Content migrations, provisioning, lifecycle management, monitoring, support models

Consulting&Leadership: Workshops, solution design, stakeholder management, mentoring, and change/adoption leadership

Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, Power Platform, Azure) are an asset - Experience with knowledge management and enterprise search (Microsoft Search, KQL/Graph)

Exposure to records management and regulated environments (public sector, energy, financial services)

Familiarity with adoption/change practices and ITSM/DevOps integration

Awareness of data platforms supporting Copilot (e.g., Fabric, Synapse) and enterprise connectors
