Key Responsibilities:• Provide community-based physiotherapy services at clients' homes • Conduct assessments in Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics, and Palliative care • Develop evidence-based treatment plans with clients • Assign and supervise physiotherapy assistants when applicable• Maintain thorough, timely documentation including care plans

Requirements:• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario • Valid G2 or G driver's license with a reliable vehicle • Experience in community physiotherapy is an asset • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office and clinical software
