Community Physiotherapy Services Role, West Durham Regional Municipality (Sunderland)

Shape patient care as a Registered Physiotherapist with Community Advantage Rehabilitation in Uxbridge. This role offers flexible hours and focuses on delivering impactful physiotherapy services.

As an independent contractor, you will provide ministry-funded physiotherapy to adults within the community. You have the freedom to choose your schedule—whether part-time or full-time—and your earnings are based on visit volume. Key areas include geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, and palliative care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform detailed assessments using various techniques • Implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans • Oversee and guide physiotherapy assistants as required • Connect clients and caregivers to essential community services • Ensure quality documentation aligned with CPO standards

Requirements:• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Community physiotherapy experience is a plus • Ability to work independently and within teams • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
