Key Responsibilities:• Lead HRSD implementations from design to deployment • Guide clients in HR process transformation • Customize HRSD applications for business needs • Mentor junior consultants on best practices • Collaborate on integrations and reporting

Requirements:• 4–6 years of consulting experience • 2+ years in ServiceNow HRSD implementations • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS–HRSD) preferred • Strong understanding of HR systems and workflows • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
