Office Administrator
Platinum Fire Equipment Inc. - Southwestern Ontario, Tillsonburg Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Platinum Fire Equipment Inc is seeking an Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy fire and life safety service office. This role assists with front‑desk duties, basic financial tasks, scheduling support, and general administrative work to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable assisting technicians, customers, and management in a fast‑paced service environment.This position requires flexibility to learn new tasks and help where needed throughout the day. Wage to be determined on experience. Qualifications
Previous office administration or customer service experience Basic knowledge of invoicing or accounts payable Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Familiarity with fire and safety services is an asset but not required Responsibilities
Assist with answering phones, greeting customers, and handling general office inquiries Assist with invoicing for walk‑ins and scheduled service work Support accounts payable by entering vendor invoices and organizing payment documents Assist with updating customer information or service recordsAssist with incoming and outgoing mail or packages Assist scheduling service appointments and coordinate technician calendars Assist with printing reports and inspection documents for technicians Assist with preparing simple correspondence like emails, labels, or forms Maintain organized filing systems and basic office recordsAssist with light office cleaning and keeping common areas tidy Assist with inventory tracking for fire and safety equipment Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks as needed within the fire and life safety office environment Benefits
