The Production Clerk is essential for coordinating documentation, inventory support, and ensuring data integrity across Production, Maintenance, Materials, and Planning teams. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge in production systems and MRP/ERP software to facilitate effective communication and workflow. Your organizational skills will be crucial in supporting daily operations while adhering to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform accurate data entry and production reporting • Provide inventory support and cycle counting • Coordinate documentation to ensure operational efficiency • Work cross-functionally with various teams • Maintain effective information flow within the manufacturing environment

Requirements:• 3+ years in an administrative or manufacturing support role • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
