Key Responsibilities:• Greet patients and manage their clinic entry • Perform pre-testing as part of eye care services • Organize and coordinate patient appointments diligently • Manage payment processes and billing accurately • Assist with eyewear pickups and minor adjustments

Requirements:• Previous experience in retail preferred • Strong ability to multitask under pressure • Proficient in technology with MS Office skills • Excellent communication abilities for patient connection • Adaptable team member with a growth-oriented mindset
