Salary Range: $95k-$97kSalary: $45 per hour.Position OverviewThe Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems within an automotive steel blanking and stamping operation. The role plays a key part in keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, align, and maintain mechanical equipment and machineryDiagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsConduct preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptimeRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical schematicsPerform inspections to ensure equipment operates at optimal performanceCollaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliabilityDocument work orders and maintenance activities through CMMSFollow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelinesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the facilityQualificationsIndustrial Millwright (433A) License– Ontario (required)Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or heavy manufacturingExperience with automotive stamping or blanking equipment preferredStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systemsAbility to read mechanical drawings and technical manualsWelding, machining, and fabrication experience considered an assetExposure to predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography)Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting knowledge is a plusComfortable working shifts, weekends, and overtime as requiredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a teamHow to ApplyIf you’re a licensed millwright looking to join a modern automotive operation with long-term stability, please apply to Prime Management Group Inc.
