As a Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient-centered service delivery and effective program management. Your functions will involve close collaboration with clinical partners to enhance operations, streamline procedures, and guarantee compliance with PSP protocols. This position requires building robust processes that reflect best practices in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:• Maintain strong partnerships with PSP teams • Handle infusion inquiries and communication effectively • Design operational processes for improved service • Develop comprehensive training and documentation • Assess PSP KPIs and report on program outcomes
Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare experience • Managerial experience with Patient Support Programs is a must • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred • RN or RPN with infusion experience is advantageous • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
