In this senior capacity, you will partner with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to implement scalable HR strategies tailored for commercial success. By leveraging your experience in workforce planning and leadership coaching, you will lead initiatives that foster accountability and high performance across teams. Your data-driven approach will ensure alignment with growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with leaders to define organizational strategies • Support workforce planning aligned with commercial goals • Lead complex initiatives impacting sales and customer teams • Mentor on effective performance management • Utilize analytics to measure and inform strategic direction
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field • 7+ years of HR experience, 4+ years in a consultative role • Success in partnering with sales and customer success leaders • Expertise in leadership development within growth contexts • Comprehensive knowledge of HRpractices across borders
