About the Role

As a Product Manager at Fintex, you will play a critical role in shaping digital product offerings within the wealth and asset management space. You will be the bridge business stakeholders, design teams, and technical developers—taking strategic ideas and transforming them into actionable, user‑friendly and impactful digital products.In this role, you’ll need to understand the nuances and stay ahead of industry trends, while also thinking creatively about how technology can drive better solutions for our clients. You will require leadership, collaboration, and a hands‑on approach to ensure that products meet both the business goals and the needs of our customers.Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of digital products within the wealth and asset management sector. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and identify opportunities for growth. Work with design teams to turn business visions into user‑centered product designs.Partner with technical teams to ensure successful product development and deployment. As part of a fast‑growing company, contribute across multiple areas of the business, wearing different hats as needed. Qualifications

Strong experience in the wealth management industry—this is essential. Deep understanding of investment and financial terminology. Passion for technology and the ability to see how digital tools can revolutionize traditional business processes. Hands‑on experience with portfolio construction and financial modeling.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of gathering and translating requirements.
