As a Superintendent for Mill Planning, you will direct all maintenance scheduling and planning at the Côté Gold site. The role requires strong leadership, developing preventive maintenance plans, managing budgets, and ensuring resource availability through collaboration with Supply Chain. You will work closely with operations and reliability teams to optimize plant performance and uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans • Lead planning team in scheduling work orders • Optimize maintenance backlog and planning data • Manage multi-year maintenance programs and budgets • Ensure availability of materials and resources

Requirements:• University degree in related engineering field • At least 10 years of maintenance experience • 5+ years in a supervisory role • Extensive knowledge of gold milling processes • Proficiency with CMMS software
