Millwright, Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Millwright, Timmins, Ontario Interfor is lookingfor skilled, safety‑focused, and motivated Industrial Millwrights to join ourteam in Timmins. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our millrunning at peak performance by maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancingindustrial equipment across the operation.

This position offerscompetitive compensation at $42.81 per hour and a Monday to Thursday, nights,afternoons and days rotation with 10-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do

Repair equipment: conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic components, automated systems, etc. (including welding).

Identify the cause of machinery breakdowns or malfunctions and do the necessary repairs.

Install / optimize / adjust all equipment in the mill to maximize its efficiency.

Respond to emergencies when mechanical breakdowns affect operations.

Operate machining tools to manufacture parts.

What You Offer

Red Seal Millwright or Planer Technician certification required.

Strong safety background.

Sawmill/planer experience an asset.

Good technical, problem solving and trouble‑shooting skills.

Mechanical / electrical aptitude.
