Staff Pharmacist -Full Time (Kapuskasing)

Position Summary

The Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations, providing patient care tailored to each individual based on feedback received during patient consultation or file review. What You'll Do

Ensure an excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor. Establish and develop a solid working relationship with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders. Accept prescriptions and/or refill requests from customers, doctors, or hospitals. Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely using established workflow models, and counsel patients on sold pharmaceutical products.Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products. Execute processes according to Walmart's best ways/SOPs. Operate all pharmacy equipment (register, computer systems, etc.) and protect and maintain patient privacy at all times while following provincial regulations. Ensure patients receive all eligible services they are entitled to (medication reviews, injections, etc.) to meet specific patient needs, and keep the pharmacy open and operational during posted business hours.In partnership with the Pharmacy Manager, assist in executing the business action plan to achieve corporate business goals.
