The Bell Creek Complex, located approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Timmins, consists of an underground mine and processing facility. Mineralization is associated with the Porcupine‑Destor fault system within the Abitibi greenstone belt, with ore mined by narrow vein longhole stoping methods. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support mining operations in Timmins, ON, on a full‑time basis. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role leads end‑to‑end sourcing activities for goods and services, with a strong focus on cost savings, supply continuity, and supplier performance. The schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8 hrs/day or 4 on, 3 off, 10 hrs/day.Compensation: $120,000– $150,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. This role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not camp‑based. Responsibilities

Lead and independently manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFPs, negotiations, and award recommendations. Develop sourcing strategies aligned with operational needs, cost targets, and risk considerations. Evaluate supplier proposals and support contract development and execution.Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to support procurement requirements. Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support value improvement initiatives. Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.Maintain procurement documentation and sourcing records to support audit and governance requirements. Support procurement planning for operational and project‑based work. Qualifications

5–10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience. Supply Chain certification (SCMP, CIPS, NISCL, or equivalent) preferred. Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations. Strongcommercial acumen and ability to deliver measurable cost savings.Experience working with cross‑functional teams in operational environments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Benefits
