Reporting to the Operations Controller, you’ll take the lead in month-end closing, budgeting, and performance analysis. Your background in accounting and finance will facilitate your close collaboration with production and supply chain teams, ensuring effective decision-making. This role holds significant visibility and the potential for continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the month-end closing process and valuations • Participate in monthly P&L reviews with operational teams• Develop models for operations analysis • Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting • Implement new accounting control systems

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field • CPA, CMA, or similar designation preferred • At least 3 years of relevant experience • Proficient in ERP software for manufacturing • Strong analytical and communication skills
