With a reputation built on precision, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction, we take pride in setting the standard for excellence in our field.As we continue to grow and take on new challenges, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our IamGold project in Gogama. This role is critical to supporting project execution, ensuring effective coordination between teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance across all projects.Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the planning, execution, and close-out of construction projects. Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and purchase orders. Track project schedules, costs, and progress, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation complies with company and client requirements. Communicate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support project alignment.Assist with monitoring project budgets and identifying potential cost or schedule impacts. Support site teams with administrative and coordination needs as required. Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items. Promote and support Caron Equipment’s safety standards and policies.Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, preferably in construction or industrial environments. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset. Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software; experience with Jonas Enterprises or similar ERP systems is an asset. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required. Benefits
