Join OMERS as a Bilingual Member Experience Specialist, providing stellar service from Timmins, Ontario. Enjoy a hybrid work model while addressing client inquiries about the pension plan.
In this role, you will support members and pensioners by responding to queries and processing transactions related to the OMERS Pension Plan. You'll utilize various technologies to ensure accurate and timely service while developing deep pension expertise. Occasional travel to the Toronto office is required.
Key Responsibilities:• Address inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently • Process pension benefit transactions accurately and promptly • Ensure timely responses to member needs and escalated issues • Work collaboratively to enhance service delivery • Maintain high levels of member satisfaction andproductivity
Requirements:• Minimum 2 years in client service or pension administration • Must be bilingual in English and French • Strong communication and technical skills essential • Ability to navigate high-pressure environments • Reliable internet for remote workflow
