In this role as a Pastefill Operator, under the supervision of the Paste Plant Supervisor, you will be accountable for the batching process of pastefill materials. Your expertise will extend to operating heavy equipment and maintaining high safety standards. You'll engage in daily risk assessments while assisting team members in improving operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure pastefill quality through effective monitoring • Operate machinery, including front-end loaders • Support ore movement in material handling systems • Maintain compliance with workplace standards • Participate in safety programs and improvements

Requirements:• Prior experience in cement or pastefill batching a plus • Operational knowledge of front-end loaders • Strong teamwork and independent working abilities • Underground Common Core certification desired • Eagerness to learn and work in varied tasks
