Hands-On Process Engineer Role, Timmins Region (South Porcupine)

Leverage your skills in a hands-on Process Engineer position with Magris Talc, located in Northern Ontario. Contribute to our talc operations through effective data analysis.

Reporting directly to the Mill Manager, your main goal will be optimizing talc flotation and grinding. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid grounding in mineral processing, as you will troubleshoot processes and support maintenance tasks to ensure targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:• Analyze performance data to enhance mill operations • Optimize reagent and energy efficiency in processes • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance • Lead sampling and test work campaigns • Participate in project improvement initiatives

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in metallurgy or a related field • 1–5 years of relevant mining experience • Knowledge of mineral processing techniques • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience with data analytics tools preferred
