Key Responsibilities:• Partner with clients to design impactful learning solutions • Apply adult learning principles for dynamic program creation • Lead multi-modal learning formats: eLearning, videos, and more • Evaluate learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement • Facilitate training sessions andsupport technology implementation

Requirements:• Undergraduate degree with a focus in adult education or instructional design • Five years of relevant experience in learning design and development • Proficient with learning authoring tools and systems • Strong skills in design thinking methodologies • Passion for continuous learning and innovation
