Your role will focus on assessing client needs, locating suitable services, and employing strategies that support emotional health and behavior. You will facilitate access to critical resources while monitoring progress and documenting achievements. Encouraging community inclusion and acceptance-focused goals will be a key aspect of your position, making a lasting difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:• Interview clients to determine service needs • Locate and connect clients with appropriate resources • Promote skill development using ABA-informed approaches • Document service timelines and goal milestones • Work collaboratively to implement individual support plans

Requirements:• Must hold a Class G Driver's License • Developmental services diploma or equivalent required • Current First Aid and CPR certification • Experience working with developmental disabilities preferred • Two-Step TB Test required
