Key Responsibilities:• Greet patients and explain the specimen collection process • Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings accurately • Conduct special test collections and document results • Maintain communication with patients and respond to inquiries • Prepare specimens for transportation and testing

Requirements:• Graduate from an approved Laboratory Assistant program • Phlebotomy experience is preferred • Excellent communication skills required • Strong customer service abilities in stressful situations • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
