Community Safety Probation Officer Role, Cochrane Region (Hearst)

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver probation, parole, and conditional sentence services • Gather information for court and parole reports • Enhance public safety by monitoring offender behavior • Assess criminogenic needs and implement management plans • Liaise with victims and community agencies

Requirements:• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Five years’ experience in a supportive role within social services • Willingness to travel to remote areas as needed • Proven communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Indigenous communities and cultural sensitivity
