Join a team as a Quality Food Preparation Cook, focused on delivering exceptional meals in a remote camp setting. Assist in all kitchen operations while ensuring safety and food quality.

In this rotational role, you will work closely with the Chef to uphold standard quality in food preparations and kitchen cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include preparing meals and salads, selecting ingredients, and maintaining proper food storage practices. A keen eye for detail and food presentation will benefit the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and present various meal components • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen environments and tools • Check color and presentation of cold food items • Manage food storage effectively in cool environments • Ensure optimal utilization of food stocks

Requirements:• 6 months of experience in kitchen operations • Remote camp experience is beneficial • Valid Food Safety certificate required • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
