This full-time position involves living on-site in a remote camp and leading youth participants through their summer program. Crew Leaders play a vital role in modeling professionalism and leading by example. Foster respectful relationships, support work projects, and maintain camp operations while enhancing your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise Rangers during work projects and learning sessions • Conduct nightly check-ins and safety meetings • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards • Assist with camp cleanliness and organization • Encourage healthy living habits among participants

Requirements:• Relevant experience with youth in camp or training settings • Strong communication and leadership skills • Availability to stay in a remote camp for summer • Must have or willing to obtain First Aid&CPR• Clearance from a vulnerable sector check required
