Dilico Coordinator for Adult Programming, Thunder Bay

Lead transformative adult programming at Dilico in Thunder Bay as an Adult Life Enrichment Coordinator. This permanent, full-time role focuses on enhancing life quality for older adults through enriching activities and community collaboration.

As part of the Health&Wellness team, your responsibilities will include the planning and coordination of diverse educational and recreational activities. You will be instrumental in establishing strong partnerships within the community to ensure that all programs are responsive to participants' goals and preferences. Managing logistics will also be a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Proven experience in adult programming coordination • Therapeutic recreation certification considered beneficial • Familiarity with health care systems essential • Class “G” Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle required
