Assistant Manager– Hotel Location: 1 J.R. Lane, Seguin, ON, P2A 2W8 Workplace: On-site (no remote option)
Job Details
Salary: $37.64– $39.64 per hour
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Early mornings, evenings, shift work, and on-call
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements
Language: English
Education: College/CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years)
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a related role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
Recruit, hire, and train staff
Supervise team members and conduct performance evaluations
Deliver staff training and ongoing support
Negotiate with clients for facility use and bookings
Perform front desk and guest service duties as needed
Prepare and manage budgets, revenues, and expenses
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans
