Key Responsibilities:• Ensure achievement of safety, quality, and budget objectives • Manage compliance with Transport Canada approved maintenance programs • Oversee maintenance planning and customer communications • Collaborate with resources for operational efficiency • Ensure training and certificationof maintenance staff
Requirements:• At least 6 years of aviation maintenance experience • Valid Transport Canada AME or ACA licence preferred • Proficient in CARs and regulatory compliance • Experience with maintenance operations management • Excellent organisational and communication skills
