Key Responsibilities:• Assist the Commercial Account Executive with daily functions • Provide prompt customer service regarding insurance inquiries • Process all incoming commercial paperwork efficiently • Prepare quotes, update files, and issue insurance certificates • Negotiate terms and follow up on claims with adjusters

Requirements:• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education • 3 years insurance experience preferred • RIBO license or willingness to obtain • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
