Key Responsibilities:• Cultivate relationships with high-value agriculture clients. • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients. • Work collaboratively with banking professionals. • Manage and assess an assigned agricultural portfolio. • Provide bespoke financial advice based on client needs.
Requirements:• Experience within Canadian Agriculture • Relevant post-secondary education or experience • Solid understanding of business financials • Proven ability in sales and relationship management • Strong interpersonal and influence skills
