Job Description Summary

Conformément aux instructions écrites et orales, s’assure que l’entrepôt et l’équipement connexe fonctionnent de manière sécuritaire, adéquate et efficace afin d’atteindre des indicateurs de performance clés prédéfinis. Les fonctions du chef d’équipe d’entrepôt comprennent les fonctions détaillées des exploitants d’entrepôt. En plus de ces tâches, le chef d’entrepôt est responsable de l’efficacité de saisie, de l’exactitude des stocks, de la qualité des produits sortants, de l’entretien ménager et des tâches de gestion du personnel. Doit démontrer une grande capacité à gérer les indicateurs de performance clés, les transactions d’entrepôt, l’exactitude des stocks et les procédures de dénombrement cyclique, et à orchestrer tous les exploitants d’entrepôt dans le même objectif. Doit être en mesure de cerner les inefficacités opérationnelles, de diagnostiquer les problèmes opérationnels et de posséder la capacité d’apporter des ajustements pour corriger les problèmes de fonctionnement et de qualité, ainsi que de former les exploitants d’entrepôt à faire de même.Job Description

Former and coach the team members in productivity, quality, safety and company values. Delegate tasks and support execution—support the team if necessary. Support creation of processes and ensure the team follows them. Monitor team performance and report indicators to the supervisor. Help maintain a safe work environment for distribution center team members (e.g., recycle members and build a safety culture throughmeetings and team activities).Ensure receipt and shipment of orders in a timely manner and with accuracy; responsible for meeting deadlines. As a member of the distribution center leadership, ensure inventory accuracy. Conduct inventory counts, maintain inventory and reconcile inventories. Assist with order preparation, checks, loading and handling incoming and outgoing products.Communicate effectively with site leadership about daily operations. Qualifications

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong listening and problem‑solving skills, excellent organization; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects committed to deadlines. High sense of urgency and customer service. Experience with SAP considered an advantage.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must speak French or be willing to learn French in the role. Salary
